Visual InterDev

Microsoft Visual InterDev, is a discontinued Integrated development environment used to create web applications using Microsoft Active Server Pages. The extensive InterDev IDE is shared with Microsoft Visual J++, and is the precursor to Visual Studio .NET. The InterDev IDE is also used as the script editor in Microsoft Office 2000 (see Microsoft Script Editor.

Visual Interdev was replaced by the web development toolset that is integrated into the main Visual Studio product.
