The Vyg ({{langx|ru|Выг}}; {{langx|krl|Uikujoki}}) is a river in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. It consists of the Upper Vyg which is {{convert|135|km}} long and discharges into Lake Vygozero,[https://verum.wiki/index.php?item=rpv:199612 Река Выг (Верхний Выг)] citing Ресурсы поверхностных вод СССР: Гидрологическая изученность. Том 2. Карелия и Северо-Запад / под ред. Е. Н. Таракановой. — Л.: Гидрометеоиздат, 1965. and the Lower Vyg, which is {{convert|102|km}} long and flows from Vygozero and discharges into Onega Bay of the White Sea near Belomorsk.

The Upper Vyg flows through several small lakes in a swampy land. The Lower Vyg is a part of the White Sea–Baltic Canal and is controlled by several dams.
