  • Making sure East Asian text (including archaic Hangul, example) renders in your browser: Help:Multilingual support (East Asian) and Help:Multilingual support#Browsers.
  • To type breves (used for McCune–Reischauer), you can either use the {{tl|Breve}} template or enable typing for it following the guides below:
  • For Windows, consider using [https://www.autohotkey.com/ AutoHotkey] (about) to write a simple custom shortcut. E.g. making alt+u -> ŭ: !u::Send "{ŭ}" (and for upper case) !U::Send "{Ŭ}", etc.
  • For Mac, go to keyboard language settings and enable the "ABC - Extended keyboard layout" (or make it your default; little difference in most cases). Once enabled, Alt+b then another letter inputs a breved letter.
