He played both Gaelic football and hurling with Wicklow{{cite web|url=http://hoganstand.com/wicklow/ArticleForm.aspx?ID=33159|title=O'Gorman hat-trick sinks Longford|publisher=Hoganstand.com|date=2003-03-30|accessdate=2011-01-05}} during the 2000s.
