There have been three baronetcies created for persons with the surname Wells, all in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. Two of the creations are extinct.

  • The Wells baronetcy of Upper Grosvenor Street in the County of London, was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 11 May 1883 for the prominent surgeon Thomas Spencer Wells.{{London Gazette |issue=25229 |date=11 May 1888 |page=2495}} When a baronetcy becomes vacant, the heir is required to register the proofs of succession with the Lord Chancellor to be accorded the precedence of a baronet.
