Wesley Methodist Church is a Methodist church located next to Christ's Pieces in central Cambridge, England. The church was founded in 1913 "to attract and retain, and not repel, the young Methodists who come to this University", in the words of the then President of the Wesleyan Methodist Conference.{{cite web|last1=David|first1=Lewis|title=End of the King Street Run: Wesley Methodist Church, Cambridge Remembrance Sunday 2005|url=https://www.jstor.org/stable/42612964|publisher=Anglican and Episcopal History|accessdate=25 May 2021|language=en|date=1 March 2006}}{{cite web|title=Our Church Building|url=http://wesleycam.org.uk:80/building.htm|publisher=Wesley Methodist Church Cambridge|accessdate=12 November 2017|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20010204005400/http://wesleycam.org.uk:80/building.htm|archivedate=4 February 2001}}

The church was built to replace an earlier Wesleyan Methodist church on Hobson Street, built in 1849,{{cite book|last1=Thompson|first1=David M.|title=Cambridge Theology in the Nineteenth Century: Enquiry, Controversy and Truth|date=2017|publisher=Routledge|isbn=9781351953535|page=169|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=nIVBDgAAQBAJ&pg=PT169|accessdate=11 November 2017|language=en}} whose site was developed for the County Hall of Cambridgeshire. It is named for John Wesley, a founder of Methodism.

The structure is characteristic of the Gothic Revival style of architecture. It was extensively refurbished in 1990 at a cost of £1.3 million. An 1844 William Hill organ was installed in the 1990 refurbishment.

Wesley is one of thirteen churches in the Cambridge Methodist Circuit,{{cite web|title=Circuit Churches|url=http://www.cambridgemethodistcircuit.org.uk/circuitchurches.htm|publisher=Cambridge Methodist Circuit|accessdate=12 November 2017|language=en}} and one of two Methodist churches in the city of Cambridge, with the other in Castle Street. The building is now a focus for various social activities; it is a working church with daily prayer and several Sunday services each week.{{cite web|title=Worship & prayer|url=http://www.wesleycam.org.uk/worshipprayer.htm|website=www.wesleycam.org.uk|publisher=Wesley Methodist Church|accessdate=11 November 2017|language=en}}{{cite web|title=Wesley Methodist Church, Cambridge (Cambridgeshire) - Find a Church|url=http://www.findachurch.co.uk/details/cambridge-cambridgeshire/25276.htm|website=www.findachurch.co.uk|accessdate=11 November 2017|language=en-gb}} Cambridge Student Methodist Society (MethSoc), a student group, holds its weekly meetings in the church's "Upper Room".{{cite web|title=Cambridge MethSoc|url=http://www.meth.soc.ucam.org/Termcard|website=www.meth.soc.ucam.org|accessdate=11 November 2017}}
