West Bank Neshaminy Creek rises from an unnamed pond southeast of County Line Road between Church Street and East Township Line Road at an elevation of {{convert|340|ft|m}}, flowing south for about {{convert|2.70|mi|km}} where it meets an unnamed tributary from the left bank, then turns to the southeast for about {{convert|1.3|mi|km}} where it meets a tributary from the right.
