:It's "colonize", not "colonise". Communication here is absolutely impossible until we resolve the fundamental MOS:ENGVAR issue. Scotlander people already know about Scotland, so most readers must be non-Scotlanders, i.e. Americans, so clearly we should be using American English 🇺🇲.
