This is a vanity article of a non notable writer, part of a walled garden of cruft created by same editor, the article does not meet WP:GNG. Doesn't meet WP:BIO's standards. Even on Amazon.com there are no books from this person. Of course being on Amazon is not an indicator of notability, but a complete absence from Amazon is. Delete - These should really have been bundled in one nomination. Same issues as with the previous ones: Mahabad Qaradaghi and Rafiq Sabir. Ceosad (talk) 16:35, 13 December 2015 (UTC)- There doesn't have to be a "book" on her. US newsite Fair Observer describes him as [http://www.fairobserver.com/region/middle_east_north_africa/kurdistan-where-poets-are-more-than-poets-10687/ "one of the most famous living Kurdish poets."]. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 21:25, 13 December 2015 (UTC)
- Moreover, in this 2014 piece, The Iowa Review describes him [http://www.iowareview.org/blog/new-translations-abdulla-pashew "Arguably the most popular contemporary Kurdish poet."] He was the subject of [http://www.kurdpress.com/En/NSite/FullStory/News/?Id=7372#Title=%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09%09 this] Kurdish news agency article. Pashew meets both WP:GNG and, based on statements made by multiple independent sources about his stature within Kurdish poetry, WP:AUTHOR, as well. Keep. - Also, while I've been critical of the nominator for how he'd gone about this, he's absolutely correct in doing individual Afds for these articles. The editor who created them is not banned, and there's no reason to think that these poets are uniformly non-notable simply because a particular editor created them. They must be judged on their own merits. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 21:41, 13 December 2015 (UTC)

::Keep: It looks like I have been too hasty and lazy while voting for deletion this time. Thanks for the sources Shawn in Montreal! Ceosad (talk) 05:49, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
- Note: Nom has been indeffed per WP:NOTHERE. —МандичкаYO 😜 22:47, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
- Keep: Non notable writer? Seriously? :) Someone who has no idea about Kurdish literature can ask for a deletion!!! Btw, the nominator is blocked now.--Gomada (talk) 15:17, 16 December 2015 (UTC)
- Keep He is a notable poet. With multiple examples of coverage in reliable articles.John Pack Lambert (talk) 18:47, 19 December 2015 (UTC)
