The article does not meet Wikipedia's criterion of wp:notability as this person is ~~not being quoted anywhere on the Internet~~ quoted very rarely (in just one magazines) and in some case it's not even him, but and engineer with the same name. No third-party references can be found regarding him except these pages: the blog he writes for [https://plisi.org/autor/agim/] and an IMDb page [https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5893159/]. The sources being quoted in his wiki article are self-published (i assume this is the case since they are published in a simple blog). :update: ok, looking back some of his works can be found here [https://www.worldcat.org/it/search?q=au%3D%22Morina%2C+Agim%22&limit=10&offset=1], but they are not academic works and the publishing house is somewhat unknown.
