Does not seem to be a really notable design. Besides some DYI web pages and forums, there isn't much else on this trivial application of an opamp. There are various other proposed designs on tangentsoft's website (ppa etc.), but luckily those don't have Wikipedia pages. I'm not prejudging all DYI designs as non-notable; for example the gainclone is mentioned in some books. But the CMoy does not seem to pass the WP:N standard.
