No indicated notability, seems to fail WP:WEB and WP:SOFTWARE. Article was [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Cyber_Nations deleted] in Februari 2006 and recreated in July 2006. Some additional info: Alexa ranking is [http://www.alexa.com/data/details/main?url=www.cybernations.net 31,539] and it scores [http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Cyber+Nations%22 30,500] google hits.
