Non-notable character from a comic strip that the creator of the article admits is virtually unknown. A google search on "Dave Rudy" with Afterparty as search terms gets just 4 unique hits.   • You being "one of the only people who have probably ever read the comic strip" actually gives us more reason to delete it.
