Google search shows no notability for this film. While it is listed on IMDB, that does not by itself establish the film's notability.(WP:NF) Similar to notability, I question the relevance of this article; and as usual, I like to point out that this is an orphan article, which immediately brings into question its notability and relevance.   • Comment: The New York Times mentioned this film [http://movies.nytimes.com/movie/review?res=9B00EEDD1E39F93BA15755C0A963948260 here]: "'Double Negative', about a film-making prodigy who must protect his horror film - 'Coathanger Massacre'- from the paws of his meddlesome producers, is an exceptionally promising first effort." Beyond this, though, there are only a few passing mentions. It may be better to build up Sam Irvin and mention there that Double Negative was his directorial debut and use what NYT said about it.   • Merge/Redirect to Sam Irvin. Oh... I was able to make the article prettier, but as Erik points out, as a "first film" it does not have the coverage one might wish for in expanding the article and will better serve the project if the information is incorporated into the article about the filmmaker himself.
