Delete: No substantial coverage that I can see in [http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=%22Glenys+Colclough%22&sa=N&tbs=nws:1,ar:1 newspapers] or [http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=%22Glenys+Colclough%22&sa=N&tbs=nws:1,ar:1#hl=en&q=%22Glenys+Colclough%22&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbo=u&tbs=nws:1,ar:1,bks:1&source=og&sa=N&tab=np&fp=42f81203ec7070d8 books] (those three hits are books by, not about, the subject, so can't speak to notability), therefore there's no evidence of the subject currently meeting the WP:BIO standard.
