- Keep per being youngest person ever to win 'Best Actor' at Golden Bell Awards. Young actor, yes, but WP:ENT is met and this seems a suitable stub that can grow over the course of time. A lack of effort is a reason to encourage such for a notable topic, not delete. Note: Awards need not be notable only of or to the United States to be notable enough to meet WP:ANYBIO. yes, this article needs input from Wikipedians able to search for and read Chinese language press, but such work does not mandate deletion.
