  • Keep. [http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS147176+08-Apr-2008+BW20080408] [http://www.infoworld.com/d/architecture/jackbe-practicing-safe-mashups-828] [http://www.zapthink.com/report.html?id=ZTZN-1226] Several claims it is a, or the, leading company in this area, and if you look at the page history you'll find out that there was a section called "Competitors", some of which are notable in en-WP. So if the followers are notable, surely the leader is. There is a lot more coverage on it, I gave up after 40 of 16600 GHits. Mostly blogs and own PR, but there are a few independent links in between, like the one from [http://www.oracle.com/profit/partner/012308_jackbe.html Oracle]. Putting the article here after its context (i.e., the competition) has been deleted seems not right to me.
  • :Additional Comment: Can one of the admins please look at the edit war about this article? Surely it is not proper to repeatedly delete the section "Competitors" (several IPs are involved). --Pgallert (talk) 19:53, 22 June 2009 (UTC)

  • Strong keep - did anyone even bother to try and find sources? There are a whopping 389 GNews hits for this company: [http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22JackBe%22&btnG=Search&hl=en&ned=us&um=1&scoring=a]. A good portion are press releases, but there are still dozens and dozens of good sources.. In depth coverage by [http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A45439-2004Aug29.html Washington Post], [http://www.forbes.com/2005/03/18/cx_ah_0318tentech_print.html Forbes], & [http://www.infoworld.com/d/developer-world/refining-art-enterprise-web-apps-629 Infoworld], & [http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&articleId=9118078 Computer World] (among many others) indicates notability.

:The company is a pioneer in mashup/AJAX, has some very significant clients (like the U.S. Department of Defense), and has won awards. --ThaddeusB (talk) 20:33, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
