Keep. The nominator may have been misled by the current text of the article, which doesn't state it clearly; but he did play in the majors: the cited sources (as reflected by the infobox) state that he pitched 41 innings in 9 games for the Mets in 2003, as well as in 1 game for the Astros the next year.
