WP is not a dictionary of slang expressions.Jaque Hammer (talk) 07:46, 26 December 2010 (UTC)

  • Weak delete. I am very well-versed on this term, but I actually can't find any Ghits other than Urban Dictionary. Erpert (let's talk about it) 08:03, 26 December 2010 (UTC)
  • Delete. No mention in the Oxford English Dictionary, but it gets coverage in [http://books.google.com/books?id=gvHzNsQoeH4C&pg=PA184&dq=%22Jive+turkey%22+-inpublisher:icon&as_brr=0&ei=_BgXTYniB5OANrzLnfgN&cd=2#v=onepage&q=%22Jive%20turkey%22%20-inpublisher%3Aicon&f=false American Slang: Cultural Language Guide to Living in the USA] by Edward Melillo and [http://books.google.com/books?id=0GZdYbm9OQIC&q=%22Jive+turkey%22+-inpublisher:icon&dq=%22Jive+turkey%22+-inpublisher:icon&as_brr=0&ei=_BgXTYniB5OANrzLnfgN&cd=4 Contemporary American slang] by Richard A. Spears. However, Wikipedia isn't a dictionary, and Wiktionary already has an entry on the term.  -- Lear's Fool 10:36, 26 December 2010 (UTC)
