Not notable. Prime claim to notability seems to be as a member of Arco Iris. He was a member later in their career, after they had left their home country and changed from rock to jazz, well after the height of their fame. He lacks any notability outside that band. Ledezma lacks coverage about him in independent reliable sources. There is one minor local interest piece (look what this guy from our area is doing) but that is all.
