Delete per nom. Mehtar actually has several foreign meanings,[http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/mehtar] none worth an article. The title's too unusual to merit a redirect to Chitral (princely state). Clarityfiend (talk) 03:30, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
