Appears to be a vanity page. Created and edited only by [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&target=192.11.226.120 anon]. A [http://www.google.com/search?hs=bMJ&hl=en&lr=&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&q=MentaNet+News&btnG=Search google search] only yields Wikipedia, its mirrors, and a couple sites.
