  • Keep as meeting WP:NF#Other evidence of notability and further expand and source this piece of cinematic history. While it being released in 1935 and during the Great Depression may make sourcing perhaps difficult, its notability as groundbreaking in 1935 is not now disappeared simply because of its age. As one of Walt Disney's early works, I would be incredibly surprised if this was not somewhere in our national archives, or if it were not included as part of various university and college courses in animation and cinema history. Time for more work, but not for deletion, redirection, or merging. Schmidt, MICHAEL Q.
  • Note Since offering my opinion, I have begun addressing the nomintor's concerns that the article was "unsourced, original research". It has now been edited, cleaned up, and sourced, and contains no original research. This Walt Disney produced classic short from animation history now meets WP:NF and merits an article on Wikipedia. • Weak keep. Much better now, but some inline citations wouldn't hurt. Erpert (let's talk about it) 06:29, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
  • Withdraw nomination. The rescue team has done a great job of cleaning up this article; it looks fine now and I don't see any problems with notability or other issues. So I am withdrawing my AFD nomination. Stonemason89 (talk) 12:22, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
  • Keep after cleanup this article meets the notability criteria. Doc StrangeMailboxLogbook 17:14, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
  • keep looks fine to me thanks for some cleanup Arskwad (talk) 15:53, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
