Delete. Zero Google news hits. No RS hits. About the best I could find is this blog notice http://soccertactician.wordpress.com/2011/08/02/oproiescu_sorin/ which may be an out-and-out advert; he's apparently out of football altogether at the moment. He's listed in the article as playing for Politehnica Timişoara, but cannot seem to find him on their WP entry or official website.
