Seemingly non-notable organization with my searches finding no good results at all aside from [https://www.google.com/search?q=Prisoners%27+Friends%27+Association&btnG=Search+Books&tbm=bks&tbo=1 this] (Books) and search with the Chinese name found nothing as well. The only source are the group's websites and basic information leading to not much of an article much less notability (locally or universal). The article has been trimmed several times and I frankly see no further improvement therefore delete. {{Ping|Moonriddengirl|Senator2029|DGG}} are welcome to comment.   • Keep. I am prepared to accept this association satisfies GNG due to the coverage in GBooks. I would at least expect this to be merged and redirected to a broader article on the prison system of Hong Kong, or to the article on Tsuen Wan, where it is located, rather than being deleted.   • Delete run-of-the-mill busybodies (do we have an article on "crime victims' friends' association"?), only ref in the article is their own website, web searches turn up trivial mentions and directories, fails WP:ORGDEPTH Kraxler (talk) 17:58, 11 August 2015 (UTC)
