This article fails WP:PROF, though I find some cross-references to articles published or co-authored by Blumenthal (using Google Scholar), there appears to be insufficient to establish significant impact in Pathology or Forensics. Databases=SCI-EXPANDED, SSCI, A&HCI" in WoS: 5 papers with citations 5, 4, 1, 0, 0 – h index = 2 (unless there are some false-negatives we're missing here).
