An stub on a soccer team that "plans to make its debut in 2021". Way, way too soon and currently entirely promotional in function and intent. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 16:44, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

- Keep I don't see how this is promotional at all, the stub seems pretty factual to me. The franchise rights have been acquired and people have been hired per [https://www.uslsoccer.com/news_article/show/905539], so it's not speculative, and most importantly it passes WP:GNG per [https://www.socceramerica.com/publications/article/76140/investor-is-gung-ho-on-northern-californias-east.html] [http://www.sfexaminer.com/mark-hall-focused-bringing-usl-soccer-concord/] [https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/03/29/another-east-bay-pro-sports-team-wanted-to-develop-oakland-coliseum-project/]. (There's also an "oppose" !vote on the talk page.) SportingFlyer talk 21:45, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
- Redirect extending :WP:HAMMER, the team doesn't have a name. Soccer America is behind a paywall (or registration wall at the very least) so I can't read the content, but that's the only source that helps the subject meet GNG. USL Soccer is not independent of the subject. The others are brief discussions of the team and focus more on other topics (Mark Hall and the stadium). - Keep per SportingFlyer. GiantSnowman 10:23, 22 November 2018 (UTC)
- Keep Professional soccer clubs, even future ones, are clearly notable, the article is in no way promotional, and even if it were, AFD is not cleanup. Smartyllama (talk) 19:03, 26 November 2018 (UTC)
