Only a small assertation of notability. Found absolutely no sources save for [http://www.theatermania.com/touring-productions/news/04-2010/vicki-noon-to-play-elphaba-in-second-north-america_26333.html this]. Having a notable role in a play ≠ notability, especially without any reliable sources to back up. - Strong Keep I googled Vicki Noon and found a large quantity of press coverage. She is taking over a major role in a hit musical production now on a national tour. She just finished up doing the lead role in "Mamma Mia!" The news of Vick Noon taking over the role in "Wicked" is still fresh. Within a few days, it's going to be all over the place. She's notable. - Keep. Plenty of sources exist; many are fans sites and blogs, but some are reliable. I just added two. See WP:BEFORE. Bearian (talk) 17:28, 12 April 2010 (UTC) P.S. I just found two more sources and have begun to flesh out her bio. I think she easily meets WP:CREATIVE. My office hours are over, students. Bearian (talk) 17:44, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
- Keep – It would be unusual that someone who lands a starring role in a national tour of one of the biggest musicals of the 2000s would not meet our notability guidelines. Sure enough, there is plenty of coverage out there. Bearian added several citations to reliable sources, and I added a few articles as well, and there is plenty more. The article's subject easily meets the basic criteria of WP:BIO. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 04:29, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
- Keep per [http://news.google.com/archivesearch?as_user_ldate=1998&as_user_hdate=2009&q=%22Vicki+Noon%22+source%3A%22-newswire%22+source%3A%22-wire%22+source%3A%22-presswire%22+source%3A%22-PR%22+source%3A%22-press%22+source%3A%22-release%22+source%3A%22-wikipedia%22&scoring=a&q=%22Vicki+Noon%22+source%3A%22-newswire%22+source%3A%22-wire%22+source%3A%22-presswire%22+source%3A%22-PR%22+source%3A%22-press%22+source%3A%22-release%22+source%3A%22-wikipedia%22&lnav=od&btnG=Go coverage in reliable sources from 1998 through 2009]. If the article needs even more sources than it already has, they're apparently available. Big kudos to Bearian and User:Paul Erik for their terrific work. - Keep I feel that the current sourcing should be sufficient for our purposes. RFerreira (talk) 18:13, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
