Appears to be a Chinese artist. Tagged for unclear notability for over six years.Sources are not independent. Google produces primarily his social media. Mr. Guye (talk) 22:16, 2 September 2014 (UTC)

  • Keep notable individual showing significant coverage in independent reliable sources (see references). The Saatchi Gallery (one of the top private galleries in London) owns works by Zhang and he has featured in exhibitions across the world per WP:ARTIST. Quite why the nominator thinks that the sources are not independent is puzzling to say the least.  Philg88 talk 08:51, 5 September 2014 (UTC)
  • Weak keep Thanks for locating his Chinese name! WP:ARTIST seems to be met. However, I'm not able to find more Chinese sources for this artist. One problem is that the name "張鵬" is too common. I try to add some definitions, but nothing useful turns up. As a Shanghainese, I've never heard of that.
