Function Details: Per request at Wikipedia talk:VG#WikiProject Nintendo, the bot will replace {{tlx|WikiProject Nintendo}} (and {{tlx|NESproj}}) with {{tlx|WikiProject Video games}}, or just remove the Nintendo banner if the WPVG banner is already on the page. It will also add the taskforce parameter tf=Nintendo (or tf2/tf3, as needed) to the WPVG template if that parameter is not already in place.

Since it is editing the WPVG template anyway, it will also canonicalize any {{tlx|WikiProject Video games}}-redirects (such as {{tlx|vgproj}}) to {{tlx|WikiProject Video games}}, and it will renumber the parameters of {{tlx|WikiProjectBanners}} or {{tlx|WikiProjectBannerShell}} if the removal of the Nintendo project banner necessitates that.

This is essentially the same code as was approved at Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/AnomieBOT 2, just updated to be slightly more generic and with the taskforce-parameter-adding section enabled.
