This function is essentially your standard sandbox cleaning, applied to userspace. E.g. Sandbox cleaning [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User%3AAvicennasis%2Fsandbox4&action=historysubmit&diff=449313639&oldid=436753057 like this]. It is Opt-in: The user must ask for this service - AvicBot2 will not edit any pages unless it was asked to.
