Function details: Fix citations in :Category:CS1 maint: unrecognized language by changing the {{para|language}} parameter, such as:

• Change foreign languages to English (e.g. ingles → English, français → French)
• Fix abbreviations (e.g. eng/engl → en)
• Use commas when more than one language (e.g. English/German → English, German)
• Remove wikilinks (e.g. Tagalog → Tagalog)

This bot will not be able to fix all issues with the {{para|language}} parameter, but fixing the easy issues should make it easier for humans to identify those that need manual fixing.
