Function Details: I want to have my bot create category pages for cats that are populated by a template but the cat page was not created. I will stick "This page is populated by a template" as the created page.

I think I basically follow this, although I'm just wondering if there is a more useful message other than a simple sentence. In any case, can you provide a diff for our review. -- RM 15:06, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

:A quick note, the cats that will be created will be populated solely from templates, Im cleaning up Special:categories and the ones that I detect I know is populated by a template but not necciarly what template is populating it.
