:Couldn't get the code to work this morning due to: "UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 1796-1800: ordinal not in range(128)" so I will be asking a few people I know today about this. Also, the list it's producing is missing a whole bunch of people, I just realized when it pulls from the DB, it grabs only users that match that name, so they code have IPBE + more and be missed.
