Function overview: Remove {{tl|italics title}} from pages with {{tl|Infobox journal}} and {{tl|Infobox magazine}} on them. The functionality is already provided by the infobox so is redundant. While this is technically WP:COSMETICBOT, the double-italics thing can confuse people and gets copy-pasted in other articles because of highly-visible pre-[https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Infobox_journal&diff=396947761&oldid=396562133 2010] leftovers. It also causes issues if {{para|italic title|no}} is set, since there's a clash, and the article title will remain italicized. I plan on running this with genfixes enabled.
