I'll be able to see the diff of a proposed change and can approve or deny it. For the first case of regex replacement, I'll be able to approve several single proposed edits before approving the use of the regex for all pages that link to IPA. :The other two points will use the disambiguation script, which REQUIRES manual selection of what term to use.
