Function details: The bot will do the following:

• Add new cases to Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Pending, and notify involved users if their talk page doesn't already contain a link to the case page.
• Move accepted cases to Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Tasks, and notify involved users.
• Move rejected cases to Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Rejected cases, and notify involved users.
• Add new nominations to Wikipedia:Mediation Committee/Nominations/Current.
