Function Details: This bot is gets a userbox from User:MetsBot/Userbox migration, and then does two things: it moves the template from template: space to user: space, and then adds the {{tl|User UBM UBX to}} template to the old template page. This is the standard procedure. I've tested it, and it works flawlessly.
