Function Details: http://www.bangladeshgov.org/ recently moved to http://www.bangladesh.gov.bd/, and all the old links are dead. All links to http://www.bangladeshgov.org/ will be fixed to point to the new domain, except for the links to statistics data (such as the link in the reference section of Hathazari Upazila), which will be updated to point to the Internet archive, as the new domain doesn't seem to have that data. I don't really need a trial, this is simply a literal find/replace.
