Function details: replace currently broken urls that once pointed to pdf files at nps.gov National Register of Historic Places and National Historic Landmark collections with an appropriate template: either {{tlx|NRHP url}} or {{tlx|NHLS url}}. Replaces plain urls and replaces external wikilinks ([url label] markup). Similarly, also replaces working NRHP and NHLS urls with the same templates.
