At the moment, this is way to broad. You say this is semi-automatic, are you planning for this to be an alternative account for yourself, to use AWB (without the bot settings (e.g. autosave)), so as to prevent clogging up your contributions? As I said before, please see Wikipedia:Bot_policy#Assisted_editing_guidelines.
