Function Details: By identifying relavent categories (main: :Category:India or its sub categories) , all India-related article talk pages will be tagged with {{tl|WP India}} project banner. Kingbotk Plugin is already available for this and I have successfuly run using AWB manually. Similar bots are also operational . See Ganeshbot 1 and LostBot. The owners of the other bots may be online at different timezones and hence the need of the new bots.
