• Rename – but to :Category:Medical and health organizations based in Croatia. The parent is :Category:Organizations based in Croatia ('based in' was a cfd decision in 2006) and so all the subcats should follow suit (that is 'z' and 'based in'). Oculi (talk) 22:40, 4 February 2018 (UTC)
• Support renaming, but I'm neutral on whether "based" is necessary or not. {{cl|Medical and health organizations by country}} is an absolute dog's breakfast of inconsistency as to the use or non-use of "based", so there's no clear standard for these categories other than the use of "organi[s/z]ations" rather than "associations". If all 3 are deleted, then this category can be speedy deleted as empty per WP:C1.
