:Nominator's rationale: When these were initially created in 2004 there would not have been much to populate c21 categories but, now that the latter are well-populated, the post-1945 categories are obsolete. The late modern period was originally split between industrial warfare, World War II, and post-1945 i.e. from the start of the Atomic Age, but the industrial era parent category was later renamed/upmerged to {{c|Warfare of the late modern period}}, see CFD Feb 2021, which leaves most of the post-1945 hierarchy as no longer part of a coherent chronology series. – Fayenatic London 11:09, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
