As always, "family" categories are not needed the moment just two or three notable people happen to be related to each other, especially since their articles all already crosslink each other in body text as it is -- the basis for a category like this would be if there were a lot of notable Ulrichs, to the point that they were garnering collective coverage about the family as a group rather than just as individuals who occasionally get mentioned as happening to be related to each other.   • Delete, while e.g. :Category:American sportspeople of Ghanaian descent are more arguable, the nominated categories are merely container categories not leading to improved navigation.   • Wait -- Delete most, but some of the categories are not ready for wholesale deletion. Many of the categories have nothing but an American, or that and a Canadian, subcat, but a few have actual bio-articles in them. Sometimes this is because of the lack of a Mexican or Dominican tree. Unless proven otherwise, the triple intersection of 1°) Mexican 2°) sportspeople 3°) of Brazilian descent would not be notable per WP:OCEGRS, so there is nothing to merge. The one article in {{C|North American sportspeople of Chinese descent}} is already in {{C|Jamaican people of Chinese descent}} (and would actually belong in categories for American people of Chinese descent), the triple intersection is unneeded as well there.
