:Nominator's rationale: I am concerned that most people in this category are not activists, just various notable people (artists, scientists, sportspeople, etc.) who are Russians that have criticized the invasion. Only a few are activists. I suggest this is renamed to generic people,with no prejudice to recreating activists as a subcategory (but it should be used only for activists).
