:::I see no reason to think that the account Jvanbogelen was "created unintentionally", nor that it has any connection to Jvanboggelen. The editing histories of the two accounts look very different, and apart from the similar names there is no evidence of any connection, so far as I can see. I'm also not sure how one would create an account unintentionally.
