• Reason: Hello to the Wikimedia steward reading this request for a username change. As the calendar year draws to a close, I have realized that I have been editing a lot of transportation-related pages recently, and I feel that my current username, in use ever since creating my Wikimedia account, does not accurately reflect this fact (I originally named my account as I did because I wanted to focus on IT-related pages - in particular, mobile technology and other items commonly called gadgets). At this stage, though, I feel that this name could be misleading and I would like to change my name to a generic one, one which stands for "Some Gadget and Transport Geek", which would accurately represent both of my focuses. The new name would also be simple, concise, and since it is not in any particular language, easily interpret-able on other language wikis which I contribute to. Should this renaming be allowed as such, I would like to request further that it be done after 00:00 on Jan 1, 2018 to coincide with the New Year and the resetting of all my yearly stats; this would give me time to adjust all my user pages accordingly.
