• {{anchor|:GNA University}}:GNA University ([{{fullurl::GNA University|action=history}} history] · [{{fullurl::GNA University|diff=0}} last edit] · rewrite) has some material copied verbatim from https://www.facebook.com/pages/GNA-University-Mizoram-Students/869813876423952. The rest of the material is promotional in tone and so I'm suspicious that it may have been copied from other GNA-authored material (though I haven't yet located anything by web searches). Previous versions of the article were authored by "SEO experts" hired by the university, and were deleted on copyright grounds. Psychonaut (talk) 09:34, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
• Update: The editor who contributed the text claims at Talk:GNA University that it comes from the university's website, and that it is in the public domain. However, the university's web pages bear an "all rights reserved" copyright notice. I've asked the editor to have someone at the university contact OTRS to confirm the copyright status of the text. —Psychonaut (talk) 18:06, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
• It's been two weeks but there's been no further communication from the editor in question. Unless OTRS can confirm they've received proof that the contributions are in the public domain as claimed, it's probably best to delete the entire article. • Agree with {{u|Psychonaut}}, deletion is the best option here (some salt might be needed, too). An OTRS ticket was received, but was insufficient to confirm permission for the text. It's perhaps worth pointing out that although the page has a reference to a Times of India article entitled "Punjab clears GNA university", that is a dead link, and the Times in fact [http://www.google.it/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=site:timesofindia.indiatimes.com+%22GNA+university%22&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&gfe_rd=cr&ei=PFsAVvaLNoSI8QeC2JXgCg has no mention] of "GNA University". It does however have [http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Punjab-clears-Rayat-Bahra-university-despite-notice/articleshow/38889013.cms an article] entitled "Punjab clears Rayat Bahra university …" It rather looks as if someone was having a little fun with us there.
