- The Queensland parliament website copyright information is [http://www.parliament.qld.gov.au/global/copyright here]. I note that material on the website is licenced under "[https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/au/ CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 AU]". Whether this compatible with Wikipedia, I don't know. An exception is made for 'Queensland Parliament materials", which are covered by standard copyright. What Parliament materials are is (confusingly) defined as:
::"includes:
::documents such as publications and reports, Hansard, fact sheets, classroom activities
::graphics
::audio and video files"
:This appears to mean that it could be subject to standard copyright, as that list is not exhaustive.

::*20px OTRS ticket received, article now licensed and compatible with CC-BY-SA, following extended and unproductive discussion at {{oldid|Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents|767518793|ANI}}. Thank you, {{u|Shirt58}}, that licence is indeed not compatible here; however, the contribution from Garner is specifically acknowledged on the page, so I saw no reason not to accept his claim of ownership (and thus his permission).
